Recruitment Process


We employ very healthy and professional methods of selecting the eligible candidates for aparticular placement. We select the candidates by thye following methods.

Selection Procedure

Receive the power of attorney (if necessary) and demand letter from the client. Submit the power of attorney and demande-letter to the consulate and collect the name of the approved panel doctor for the country. Make an artwork of the advertisement. Get approvel of the artwork from the client (optional). Release the advertisement in relevant newspapers having the best readership among the target appropriate candidates. Receive applications, scrutinize and shortlist candidates. Send the short-listed candidates CV tothe client and get a list of candidates selected by them. Organize final inte45rviews, covering all aspects. Send candidates for trade test (if necessary) Get new list of selected candidates. Send candidates for medical test. Receive final confirmation from the client.


Following the authorization from our clients, we publish openings for a particular profession with complete job description the leading newspapers and other popular medias.


The applications we receive, undergo initial screening by our recruitment consultants.

Selection Panel

The Selection Panel which is comprised of highly experienced experts decides the eligible candidates for selection and short listing.

Interview and Trade test

The shortlisted candidates are called for an interview. They are interviewed by our selection panel and the representative of our clients. They subject the candidates to a trade test to check the authenticity of the trade of te candidates.

Medical Checkup

The candidates that are selected are sent for medical checkup in a medical center which is authorized by the country where the candidates will be placed.

Mobilization Period and Dispatch of Workers

Only medically certified fit candidate are processed further for visa issuance or visa endorsement. Upon such visa issuance / endorsement, we make all necessary arrangements for the candidates travel to the destination country. From the time a candidate is selected till he / she is deployed, the client as well as the candidate is provided wit status information whenever required. Normally it takes about two to four weeks to mobilize workers after receipt of the original requirements / documents from the employers.

Documentation Head

The individual files will be maintained for all selected candidates who will contain the following documents. Original passport Employment agreement Ten Photographs Copy of Medical Test Report Trade test report of application Educational & Experience certificate & CVs.
